    I'm pretty sure the team(s) tasked with creating content/preparing patches aren't the same ones discussing how the merge will work from a PR and technical standpoint.

    1.21 will be before the merge, but it's still likely it is delayed until march anyways. people were talking about that weeks ago. those people were called crazy then, but it is starting to look more likely now.

    Probably because of the lack of information regarding the patch.
