    My assumption is that it's still going to have a ground placement it's just going to tick immediately. I have most of my familiarity with Collective Unconscious, which they've also added the "immediate" descriptor to - its first regen tick isn't for several beats, and if the bubble breaks before then no one gets a regen. Plus, it doesn't even have a targeting reticule, so I doubt that they'd be giving it "immediate" when it already "happens without being placed."

    Bringer of disappointment you are! That probably makes more sense though. I'll still hold onto my tiny sliver of hope that asylum now just pops a bubble around the user, but yeah...they probably wouldn't change it THAT much.
