But... but I already like how Zhloe and Kurenai look.
Bringer of disappointment you are!My assumption is that it's still going to have a ground placement it's just going to tick immediately. I have most of my familiarity with Collective Unconscious, which they've also added the "immediate" descriptor to - its first regen tick isn't for several beats, and if the bubble breaks before then no one gets a regen. Plus, it doesn't even have a targeting reticule, so I doubt that they'd be giving it "immediate" when it already "happens without being placed."That probably makes more sense though. I'll still hold onto my tiny sliver of hope that asylum now just pops a bubble around the user, but yeah...they probably wouldn't change it THAT much.

My only thought is to compare it to garuda.. only hits once and raids dont normally have alot of magic dps.
Granted, they could have buffed garuda instead but *shrug*
Radiant Shield no longer reflects damage....Excuse me ?

It just means that Asylum's heal will start ticking as soon as you place it.We did get this little tidbit:
Asylum - The effect is now applied as soon as the action is used.
I really, really dislike using ground-placement for skills, so I'll be thrilled if this removes that need. As it is now, I feel like I underutilize the skill as I don't want to deal with placing the target.
If you want a way to use the spell without having to place the target, you could try a macro with "/ac "Asylum" <me>" or "/ac "Asylum" <t>". The first one should place the bubble on you, while the second one should place it on your current target.
Sep. 17, 2018 3:00 a.m. to Sep. 18, 2018 3:00 a.m. (PDT) whoa really a day to patch smdh
Probably trying to push out SMN as the meta caster, considering they also buffed the other two.
On another note, I'm incredibly disappointed in the Unending Journey changes, even if it sounds petty. I thought we were finally going to get the other half of the cutscenes that are missing from it or an option to replay story instances, but I guess something that effects maybe 6 cutscenes at most works too.
