but there are many spots rdm does better than smn as well like palace, hoh or eureka. therefor I see a lot of differences if we take a look from another point of view

There's lots of entirely optional and completely unrelated to raiding content where RDM excels.

WHM is king of healer dps in dungeons but that also isn't something we should be balancing classes around.

looking at rdm dps numbers this week, the gab between rdm and nin / drg has dropped...,not ca. 400 anymore, but more like only 200 (rdm advantage of learning / mastering a fight faster than nin / drg is getting smaller wirh each week)


the dps diffrence of ca. 400 is gone..., with it under 400, rdm cant replace those jobs afterall

It wouldn't have replaced them anyway. RDM is a 4th slot job; ninja and Dragoon are second and third slot jobs. Or rather... RDM is the not-bard ranged, and ninja and dragoon are melee.
