I think they always try to visit during the peak hours of each region.

I only see English speaking reporters in the morning (peak time in North America).
And during peak time here we always have Japanese speaking reporters.

I've never seen a French or German speaking reporter... probably because I'm usually asleep during European peak time. ^^;

I think it's really cool how we have "reporters". =D
See it's not all doom and gloom with FFXIV, we have some really cool unique aspects. I like their articles on the Lodestone, I also like how they come and interact with us for article material. This cool aspect really adds a sense of depth and community to the 'RPG' game.
