Palamecia (I had fun today!) GM appeared; entertaining visit.

What's Palamecia? Its a hidden little gem that is eagerly awaiting the server merge. I was doing a fishing lq (which I aborted lol) when a linkshell friend told me that a crowd was gathering in Ul'dah. Turns out Petyr Winsome, the french GM arcticle writer was visiting our little Ul'dah! I was able to snap a few photos of him with us.




It was really cool how he dropped into our server since it has a rather low population until merge. Unfortunately there was a bit of a language barrier as he's french, but I was able to gather a few excerpts:

Petyr Winsome: It's comforting to know that the Raiders of the cited are ready to defend it by all means.

Seems like a really cool guy with a sense of humor. Hopefully stuff like this happens more often! It was a really great social gathering for our particularly small server.

This could be a part of the reason Yoshi-P wants to have an EU server, would simplify this problem.
EU server gets all four GMs.
All other servers get JP GM at JP prime time, EN GM at NA prime time.

Simples.

(Any stragglers will just have to suck it up! ^^ (Just like the timing of the other 'Live Events'))

I think they always try to visit during the peak hours of each region.

I only see English speaking reporters in the morning (peak time in North America).
And during peak time here we always have Japanese speaking reporters.

I've never seen a French or German speaking reporter... probably because I'm usually asleep during European peak time. ^^;
