Your preferred mode of decoration may be to make the most with as little as you can, and that's fine, too, but that's your preference. That's why there's thousands of different housing styles in the world; one person may like stark minimalism, with its clean lines; another may revel in the victorian townhome, full of knicknacks and oddities.

I don't get why you feel the hostility is necessary, but it's enough to say that you don't agree with an increase in housing items and leave it there. And if you don't feel that way, then I can't imagine what your goal here is other than than to simply insult someone else.
I agree, and got nothing against people saying stuff and the likes as long as it do not get personal in anyway, stating the same though that amount of items needed is not a sign of creativity either, but a lack of can be the same way of looking at things, either way you would be welcome to take a look at my own house in it's current state of always moving around in the mist ward 13, plot 15, Server Zodiark, got some new ideas to try out as well, though I don't consider myself pro in decorating or anything that is up for others to judge, as would be difficult to do that myself, but my goal is to try and make it done with as few items as possible needed for this and that and it is a constant battle trying to make it simpler but better looking as it is as certainly could use +2 item spaces elsewhere and the likes and so goes on the battle of trying to win over the 400 item limit for good
