    Small battle GUI suggestion

I'm not sure how easy this is to implement, but might it be possible to show the command an enemy is about to use?
I know you can see these commands in the log, but could you make it appear above the enemy?

Other FF's are a good example of this like:

I know it's possible to read every command in the log, but it's something I really love in FFXIII & FFXIII-2 to switch the paradigm when needed.
Ifrit is a good example for this. I use the log right now to see his commands + watch his movement to know the commands he's going to use, but having this command above his head instead of constantly checking the log would be coolness ^^.

    It's just my opinion though!

Can't say I care either way, I personally prefer visual ques as to what move a monster will be using rather than floating text.

I guess this would help people who have a hard time with fights such as Ifrit where missing a visual note can be devestating.

Nice post. What you said. Now that you point it out, this should be a fundamental necessity.

I do believe I helped suggest the Excalibur server name! http://forum.square-enix.com

Well, we kind of have this when it matters. Ifrit's eruptions, for example, are accompanied by a specific visual trigger. That said, I would not be opposed to this at all. Be wary, though, the "why don't you just have a button to press and the NM will be dead in a second" people will soon pop their heads in here.

    All in all, honest request.

I'm used to watch the visuals too from FFXI and FFXIV now for a while. But after playing a few days FFXIII-2 for platinum trophy, I noticed how usefull this might be for new players on Ifrit or upcomming primes.

God the FF13 interface looks good.

Hope 2.0 looks sharp like that.

Hehe, they can say whatever they want . I played FFXI for a very long time & got used to watching the visuals, so I'm not complaining about the current system. It's just a nice add imo, that's all. ^^

Makes ya wonder why the UI doesn't look that good to begin with!

That aside, the enemy cast bar would be a nice addition.

Also should have been posted in UI section not general :x

It'll get moved, they always do!

That being said, I agree 100%. It'd be super helpful in big fights where knowing what's being cast is important.
