Housing Refund and Items Missing

I've got a ticket open in the support, but thought i should post this here as well. My FC Housing was demolished 31 days ago, and as of right now, the caretaker shows no signs of having any housing or refund from the demo.

I had a medium FC house when the demo occurred....

Items should be held for up to 35 days, I'm pretty sure. If you are absolutely certain about the day it was demo'ed it should still be there. You are checking at the caretaker in the correct housing district? And since it's an FC house, you did have all the necessary housing permissions?

Yes to all. I've even gone as far as to make sure i'm in the same ward and all. I even went as far as to make sure i was put back as FC lead since i hadn't been on in 2 months just to make sure that wasn't the issue.
I've even checked with my FC mates that nobody has even talked to the caretaker since the demo, and they just started back up the game a couple days ago.

You said you were put back as FC head but exactly when did that happen?

* Players will have thirty-five days to redeem items from the resident caretaker before they are made irredeemable. Items belonging to a free company estate can only be retrieved by members with the authorization to purchase or relinquish land. Items belonging to a private estate can only be retrieved by the owner.

If your rank at the time of demolition didn't allow you to purchase or relinquish land, then you wouldn't be able to reclaim the items. The game isn't going to suddenly add you to the list of members authorized to reclaim after the fact.

Better talk to whomever was the FC leader prior to you. Chances are good that someone else with the permissions reclaimed the items first. Support might be able to verify if someone else did reclaim the items but it's unlikely they'll tell you which player did it.

auto demolished, same FC. And activity shows house demo'd 31 days ago

Hmm... Maybe since you weren't FC lead when it was demo'ed you can't pick them up? I would try asking other FC members who had/have housing permissions if they can retrieve the items.

checked that too.... nothing.

Just got a reply when i posted this in the support forum. Moderator said 30 days... So what's true? 30 days that they said, or the 35 from the email i got from SE?

And here. Unless I missed a change noted somewhere, it's always been 35 days.
