Wanted to leave positive feedback for the help provided with the issue my party had, had with another player in a roulette.

The response was prompt, and courteous and I believe that the issues were understood and handled well (to the best ability - hearing what happened from our side so far)

I wanted to leave the positive feed back because what the GM's and Staff do for the player base, cant be easy, with so much room for toxicity that can happen in an MMO environment. Being so courteous and patient is a virtue, so thank you for your help!
