    accidentally droped my Patriot's Choker

    While trying to get rid of extra items from the valentines fest I accidentally dropped my Patriot's Choker trying to get my inventory spaces back. Is there a way I can have it back?

Currently we do not offer an item restoration service for dropped items in FFXIV, and would not be able to restore your lost item.
