Returning Player - Help with rebuilding Cross Hotbars?

for a long while i had PC-Steam client uninstalled when i could afford my sub fees, (person who had been helping rage'd after getting to teh grind for relic items, and they saw no point on continuing my fees when i'd be playing past them w/o them )

so i got teh PS4 client as i'd be on/off playing again thanks to Roomates (well i'll be moving in w/ him hopefully by early next year) and i haveto remake all my Hotbars,

something i sorta miss from XI (unless you can in XIV and im just blind to it) was saving thinsg like macros (i guess earliest we had back then?) to the servers for One character, which if XIV had it woulda been nice right now,

for jobs i need help rebuidling (i'm going to wind up needing to relearn them due to the huge time-gap,) RDM, SCH, AST, DRG, SMN, BLM, NIN, and MCH on my second character i primarily use on Cactaur, thats a varying assortment of 30~65 (RDM being 65) but the Main most are 50+ if it matters how to rebuild my hotbars,

i perfeer cross-bar as its what i got used to at the start and i had rather quick switching relexes that didnt hinder response times much at all, and i'm aware XIV on PS4 is one of few titles to allow full K&M Usage, (it'd be learning a new movement and controll scheme and of which i'd be fumbling about for some time if i switched)

if i could i'd just rebuild from what i had on PC but i uninstalled to save hard drive space long ago, so i'd assume thing'd be lost.

So for me, such config is stored in this folder:
C:\Users\Admin\Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn

And then there's a subfolder for each character. Stuff like:
C:\Users\Admin\Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn\FFXIV_CHR004000174B3A670F

And in there are the files that contain the hotbar layouts and such. So you can have a look and see if those stayed behind after you uninstalled.

Such data is not currently stored on the server but it will be in future. Not that this helps for the case in point.

There's also a tool in the PC launcher that lets you export and import the config manually, but again that's little help if you didn't back it up beforehand.

my PC installation, the leftover data in \My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn was still there! so phew aftre reinstalling the steam client,i was able to restore and take screencaps of my hotbars! thanks for mentioning about that being left behind still got bit of a mess to restore on PS4,
