Can't Switch Data Centers

This may sound like a silly question, but are you clicking on the data center, and then hitting the little check mark at the bottom of your screen to confirm your selection?

Can you elaborate on the issue you are having? Are you not able to click it as if the game is unresponsive? Or when you click it, it doesn't register that you've changed data centers?

Are you able to select it using a different input, such as the keyboard or a controller?

I'd suggest trying a clean boot. Simply open the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.
