Okay I like the Character Customization but there are somethings for it I would like to see maybe added like the ability to create your character as a younger version of themselves like how you see NPC Hyurs, and Miqo'te that are child like or teenage in appearance, I think it would be an interesting aspect in some way to have that. Plus would like to see some other races added like the Viera from the world of Ivalice or the Bangaa also from Ivalice, umm The Ronso, I can go on with house Final Fantasy has numerous types of races.

Another thing I would have liked to see or would like to see is like a completely seperate type of campaign that let's you be a Warrior of Darkness and like events can still play out in somewhat the same way, just have it be like a mirror instance of the current world except instead of being a Warrior of Light you are a Warrior of Darkness.

Considering some of the very adult themes in the game, having the WoL be a child would be messed up.

Wouldn't say no to more races though.

Pretty much this. A new race would be okay, but the only thing SE seems willing to do is give us human in a different size and/or color with random animal bits tacked on (whether for marketing reasons or because they don't want to have to redesign all the existing gear to fit them.) That's gotten pretty bland and uninteresting already and I would really rather they devote their time and resources to enhanced char creation than give us more of the same thing with minor tweaks.
