No road to 60 buff on preferred world Louisoix

Hi,

I notice that on the website notice Louisoix is still on preferred worlds list and yet my low lvl character didn't receive road to 60 buff anymore.

Can you explain what's going on?

It only stays 90days.

I think the buff is only applied to a newly created character (one that is created during the preferred world window). Characters made before that won't get the buff. Once the preferred world status is lost, so is the buff, and no further one will be applied either.
