Seriously, if you don't do level synced content, why are you even posting here ?
Because one of the points of this thread is attempting to think of ways to bring people who normally don't do certain kinds of content, into the content they don't do. Specifically level synced content.

And rewarding max level characters for the time they've put in and not making them feel weaker.
