Why does Minimum iL have Echo enabled?

Shouldn't that be something that's disabled when doing a Minimum iL run? I mean otherwise what's the point, right?

It's a bit of an annoyance having to remove the buff every time, then having people forget to do it... There should just be an option to disable it for the whole duty I think.

I've never done a minimum IL run either, but yeah, this seems surprising.
