SE is supposed to patch it so that all characters on the same shared account have shared tenant access to your single personal house. However.....they are dragging their feet on when they will implement this feature. I'm pretty sure that every player would LOVE to have alts share their personal house/houses. I know I would.

You CAN however own an apt on each alt, (providing you hit lv 50 and rank up in your GC).
