[LFM] MC Static LF> Healers and Melees!

Newly-formed MC 4.4 static looking for a Melee DPS. We will be doing about 9 hours per week.

Tuesday/Thursday/Friday
2000 - 2300 GMT+8 (SG, MY, PH, WA)
2100 - 0000 GMT+9 (JP, KR)
2200 - 0100 GMT+10 (EAST AUS)

Our raid times are scheduled to cater to members in the East Asian and Oceanic timezones. We are ideally hoping for members who have cleared Sigmascape, are proactive with communication in text and voice chats, must have a positive mentality, must be willing to improve, and should be open to constructive criticism.

The main intention of the group will be to clear the tier as soon as possible, then proceed to farm. Alongside farming, extensive optimisation will be encouraged. After everyone is geared on their main and sub-jobs, we will then have a discussion within the group as to future plans, i.e. whether UWU or UCoB may be on the cards.

If the group does not fill by 4.4 release, the currently-assembled group will RF until we get a full group. However, as our intention is to clear the tier as soon as possible (i.e. within the first week or two), we will want to wrap up recruitment as soon as possible so that we can start to practice, settle down and gel with each other as a team.

For Tonberry-based members, assistance with gearing and procurement of pots and infusions can be provided, however with a degree of personal contribution (e.g. materials/gil compensation).

Specialised text channels and voice chats will be used.

We are hoping for DRG or MNK for our Melee slot. However, don't be put off applying if you play something else - we can make things work!
