I tend to keep these things in mind based on what I perceive while playing and judge players this way. If I think people don't know their job, make it harder for the groups I just don't comm.
The problem with that is finding a grading system that can be universally applied - and you know if there was any sort of reward from performing well it would be abused.
If you're measuring a healer on healing done then is that taking into account that a healer healing is inversely proportional to how well the rest of the group plays. Same with damage.
Does a bad tank = an 'A' grade healer etc?
