Head of the Class quest bug.

In-Game Time: any time i try to speak this npc

Steps: Im in the middle of the quest Head of the Class, im in part where i need to craft 5 Toadskin Hunting Belt and speak to NPC Maddeline when i done crafting them.
When im trying to speak to Maddeline without having Toadskin Hunting Belts on me, my character freezes and doesnt move.

You may need to abandon and then restart the quest.

Didnt happen to need to abondon the quest. Once i got all items and tried to speak to NPC again it gave me normal dialogue without locking me on spot. It happens only if you dont have requested items on you.
