Can't Switch Data Centers

I hope this isn't an issue that already has a fix, because I tried searching but I couldn't find anything. Basically, whenever I try to switch data centers from Primal to Aether, nothing happens. I don't get an error code or anything. It's like the game knows that I'm clicking on Aether, but it doesn't acknowledge that I've clicked. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Am I just going to have to uninstall/reinstall the game?

This may sound like a silly question, but are you clicking on the data center, and then hitting the little check mark at the bottom of your screen to confirm your selection?

Can you elaborate on the issue you are having? Are you not able to click it as if the game is unresponsive? Or when you click it, it doesn't register that you've changed data centers?

Are you able to select it using a different input, such as the keyboard or a controller?

I'd suggest trying a clean boot. Simply open the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.
