Problem with Client Sound and Install Size after PS4 Update.

Hello,

Here is pictures about everything!

Storage Settings:









FFXV Storage under "VIEW":



















FFXIV shows exactly the same things under "VIEW".




Now, this is what FINAL FANTASY XV shows under its Icon on the Dashboard:




As you can see, it even shows FFXIV's Avatar from Stormblood Pre-Order and my FFXIV Themes.


The "My Add-ons" Tab shows exactly the same stuff as the "'VIEW" Tab from before, except the Heavensward Pre-order Theme straight up changes to:





Again, FFXIV's "My Add-ons" lists the exact same things as FFXV's.


FFXIV's Icon in the Dashboard:








Avatars/Themes (Both in FFXIV Icon and FFXV Icon)






(For some reason, unders Avatars in FFXIV Icon, it says -4 lol)

We will look into this on our side, however, this may be an issue with how the PS4 categorizes the DLC for both games. As such, it may be an issue within the Playstation ecosystem. I'd suggest contacting Playstation support as well to see if they know anything about this particular issue or if they have seen it happen in other games. Hi,

I don't have a problem with the way they display the DLC/Themes/Avatars from both FFXIV and FFXV in the pages of both games.
It has been like that since FFXV was released.

But I would really like to have that extra 22 GB that the last patch was supposed to free up.
