    Housing Refund and Items Missing

    I've got a ticket open through the in game support, so not sure if it will help posting in here as well. My FC Housing was demolished 31 days ago, and as of right now, the caretaker shows no signs of having any housing or refund from the demo.

    i'm assuming you're the FC leader? Only they can collect the gil/belongings of the house. If you're just a member and had a room, i think your stuff would be at the caretaker for a limited time.

    I've dug around, anyone with build/demo privileges can collect, and i've confirmed with my FC mates ( irl friends ) that nobody collected from them. Also, it's supposed to be available up to 35 days after the demo occurs.

    You can collect these up to 30 days after the demolition occurs, not 35. If it has been more than 30 days, then you are unable to claim those items unfortunately.

    From the email i have on the auto demo:

    *For free company estates, only members with the privilege to “Purchase/Relinquish Land” can retrieve the aforementioned items. For private estates, only the owner of the estate can retrieve these items. Please note that the indoor and outdoor furnishings and gil cannot be retrieved after 35 days from the day of removal."

    Also, it had been just at 30 days when i was able to log in. and that was the first thing i went and checked on.

    I can provide the email stating so too.

    Checked the in game Caretaker also, he even states 35 days

    I have to apologize, I double-checked and it is 35 days. Unfortunately, I can't see when your house was demolished so if you are certain it has been less than 35 days, I'd suggest submitting a bug report here if you have not already: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/f...2-In-Game-Bugs

    Do i have to worry about not being able to get my refund or housing items back if this issue doesn't get resolved before the 35 days is up?

    There isn't really a guarantee of anything, unfortunately. However, it would be your only course of action if the game will not give you your items back.

    This thread will be moved to the 'Separate Support Required’ subforum as a bug report is necessary to resolve the issue.
