    Yes! In addition to removing the unnecessary obscurity regarding enemy moves and their timing, it would present the names of the enemy moves, which often go unnoticed despite the localization work put into them. Personally I like knowing the names of moves, both simply because I enjoy them aesthetically, and because it provides a unique standard name for players to use to refer to them.

    Keep in mind, it will take away the discovery portion of fighting bosses. Part of what makes the Ifrit and Mog battles so fun and interesting at first is trying to figure out what their 'tells' are. (poses, the pom colors).

    It's a great idea though, and I would very much like to see this implemented as the Libra spell or ability.

    As a spell, a WHM (or Arcanist) could cast it on mobs which would reveal the mobs' ability popups to the party. As in other FF games, certain boss monsters would be resistant or immune to it which would preserve the mystery and challenge when fighting them

    This is a wonderful idea, I'm for anything that eliminates having to stare at the chat log instead of the fight.

    @Redace0: I don't know most of the enemy moves because I filtered out everything in battle except for "Successful attacks by enemies". With Party damage turned off it seems to only show AOE enemy WS's with long windup times which was my intention (when I changed my log to that I was at the stretch of leves with tons of Puks in them where not dodging a backflip was sometimes a 1-shot). I'm not sure if that's what everyone is doing, but it explains some people not knowing the moves =P
