You have to be careful not to weaponize reports too much; they should only be a last resort after actually talking to a person then kicking them, i.e. using the tools at hand.

Indeed. Too much of the game already allows people to troll others, especially since that one GM said "playstyle differences" were a legit reason to kick someone. The problem is that the decisions that go into kicking are often not about completion but because of a desire to speedrun or some irrelevant rank on a statistics site.
