Character Transfer Not Accessible

I created a new character midday on Tuesday on Cactaur (which is a standard world) with the full intention of transferring them once the blanket 72 hours had passed. However at this time we have reached that point and the character does not show up to transfer to any server. I can see them on the Mog Station for other services but they do not show at all for character transfer. As they are new and have not transferred before, moved from a congested world, been built on a preferred world etc I can only assume it's an issue with the system itself? Just to be safe, as I have never used this services before, I went ahead and made sure his inbox was clear, completed the necessary quest and the like so I see no reason it should not work.

The 3 day wait period is a little vague for world transfers unfortunately. The system should reset every night at midnight (PST), so even if it's been 72 hours it might not be recognized until tonight. I'd suggest trying again tomorrow and it should allow you to do the world transfer.
