They stated in live letters and patch notes additional races will be released in a later patch.

Some things I'd like to see:

A. Increased limit on mannequins. This may not be feasible with server limitations but I'd like to have an armory in my house.
B. When displaying and not selling items, have it work like a glamour, or take up retainer inventory space, instead of retainer market board space. For RP, it would be cool to be able to say, set up a half dozen mannequins with the same set to make it look like an armory, or still have the base item on you to use for personal glamour. The selling feature is cool but I feel like it makes just setting things up for display a touch clunkier than it needs to be.
C. Implement the other races soon please. It's kinda weird having Miqo'te as the only option.

Yep. Hopefully in 5.0. I'm surprised they didn't do hyur as a race first. Hope they give us separate midlander/highlander options since they have different body types unlike other sub races.
