Also not everyone is capable of playing to the same level as the best players for whatever reason. People here saying the fight is easy well taken one at the time the mechanics are not hard but remember at the same time as noticing and reacting to the mechanics you need to do your rotation. And when mechanics start to come at the same time it can become hard to react to everything at once.
But for this fight in particular, he doesnt really get to the point where he's overlapping dangerous mechanics. When he hits full aether gauge and does one of his 6 super moves(all stolen from primals you fought at 50 if you didnt skip) he warns you, stops everything else, then spends like 6-8 seconds charging up the attack, THEN he does it. Thats a lot of time to look at what he's casting and react accordingly to a single move(and if youve fought him enough to know his patterns its even MORE time as youll know for the 2 minutes before hand what comes next). His wing attacks arent dangerous(unless youre close enough to the edge for icicles to knock you off), and you can just not fight him from in the center to avoid his big punch move. The tail gives you a good warning before it crashes down, and you can tell immediately if its going to break the platform or not. That leaves... chains and earth breath? Both basically handled by "spread out". And finally his cauterize. It only leaves a small safe zone, but even on launch day the damage from it was low enough that you wanted to dodge it, rather then needing to(compared to final steps at launch when cauterize was death).

And really, if you got to level 70 and through all the main scenario to this point without learning how to play your class or how to react to a big bad guy then you should be used to being carried. One good tank and healer is enough to clear this now. I didnt think it should be nerfed last june, i certainly dont think so now.
