    An Unexpected Error Has Occurred.



    I keep getting this when entering into a cutscene to Arevald's Adventure from Lyse.
    I have run a driver update for my graphics card and run troubleshoot through DirectX 11 which says there are no issues.
    I went to an inn and started playing cutscenes through the Journal. That does not crash the game but Arevald's Adventure seems to continually and I cannot proceed with the game. Please let me know what I need to do to resolve this.

    i was able to fix it by uninstalling and reinstalling the game
