In Normal Mode, Nidhogg because of how many times I tried to give tips to groups wiping on adds and was told "That's only extreme." And even without that, how many times I wiped because of people being bad. Is that completely based off of other people? Yeah, and it's probably completely nitpicky on how I've gotten mostly bad players when I get it.
In Extreme, it's easily a tie between Zurvan, Lakshmi, and, yesIknowit'snota"primal"andthisthreadshouldbecalled"leastfavoritetrial", Byakko. Zurvan is an easy fight, and yet because it requires communication at all, most Zurvan parties even unsynched are prone to wiping at Broken Seal. Byakko and Lakshmi? The opposite problem. They're boring as all hell. I could literally step in on healer and walk away halfway through Lakshmi and nobody would notice I was gone, unless I died. On Byakko, that middle part kills any momentum the fight had. It really gets boring there and kills any excitement I might have for phase 2, and the only intense healing part for it is when Byakko has his tiger self out. I've tanked the fight because it was so boring on healer, to find it was even more boring on tank. And then it was even more dull on DPS than the other two because the mechanics aren't even that hard. It's rare for me to get a bad farm party for Byakko.
nidhogg isn't a primal either.
Tsukuyomi
Because they took one of the more interesting npcs and the one good villain of this expac and cut her time short by making her a primal and then resurrected that tool of a lame bad guy. I really liked that batpoop crazy, totally insane, drop dead evil, going to kill everyone type of villain, we haven't really had that since Kefka in VI. The villains in FF series are always either honorable or emo babies with mommy issues and it's boring.
Put the evil back in the bad guys I say.
Personally I would say Ifrit because it is a boring fight and I don't really like the music of the fight either.
Hotmess Express
Bismarck because it's pure unalterated garbage
Ravana, because I dislike the music.
Thordan. The story mode is so easy that I have literally slept through half of it (insomnia plus long hours at work, it was a bad week) and didn't really miss anything or ever get into any actual danger of dying. And his voice acting, at least in English, sounds horribly garbled and muffled. I can't understand a damn thing he says. Also doesn't help that nine of the Knights Twelve are just flashy effects with no particular impact on the fight that couldn't be filled by any standard AOE marker.
Gonna surprise everyone here and say that Titan is my least favorite. Not because of the mechanics of the fight, because they make it pretty fun and we know by now there are worst primal fights in the game (looking at you Bismark and Leviathan) but there are four reasons why Titan is my least favorite :
1°) His design. I know Titan always has been some angry muscular dude who flipped earth tables in every FF game but good lord is his design in 14 just atrocious. I'm gonna be blunt and say he looks like a giant turd. Plus his face is so, oh so angry, it's over the top and makes me laugh every time I see it. I can't take this primal seriously.
2°) The music. Yeah no sorry can't stand it even if I can see why people love it.
3°) The quest chain that leads up to him in ARR. Seriously who thought it was a good idea ? Even Y'shtola and WOL were like : "What is this BS ?"
4°) The fact that you have to fight him again near the end of ARR story. I can't remember properly but fighting him 3(?) times in the story was really redundant for me. I can understand for the first 2 times but the third time ? God no.
