Unacceptable wait time for Old Fate to spawn "Storm caller"

I finally talk my friend into playing. He even buys a level boost and story skip. Of course, we have to go back and get his alliance raids unlocked, because reasons... No big deal, except we've been sitting in Coerthas for 2 hours trying to spawn the fate Storm Caller... They have given up and logged off out of frustration. How the heck has this not been fixed yet? Why in the name of the warrior of light have the dev's not removed RNG to unlocking old content, or drastically, I mean like 5000% up the spawn rate for this old crap so it is literally always up. That way, if someone has to go back to do old, outdated content they are able to within a reasonable amount of time. This is unacceptable.

i believe they removed the Fate requirement did they not? or is that still to come in 4.4? I can't remember.

nope, its still there. We're following the quest line.

If I recall correctly they are already said they are planning on changing how the old Crystal Tower alliance raids unlock sometime in 4.4. If you don't want to wait for the FATE just wait for the patch.

Last time I was leveling an alt it took 4 hours to get it to spawn, and I was doing other fates in the zone too, I saw several other fats back up 3 times before stormcaller. So glad they are removing that requirement.

I've had it unlocked for years, new players are the ones who suffer. I hope they change this sooner rather than later. I remember them saying they were changing it a long time ago, haven't done it yet.

Its getting fixed in 4.4, they've confirmed it.
