MogStatino GIFT CODE - how to redeem in game?

Hi all

I received an item code which I redeemed online in the mog station. I assumed once I logged into the game, I'd receive mail, but nope.

Can you please point me in the right direction? I'd hate for the item to be lost (or on the wrong character or whatever).

You don't. The redeem process is in the mogstation site.

Log in. Click on "Your account". And you'll see the "Enter Item Code" option

It'll be delivered via moogle mail. Takes a few mins to a few hrs. You should hear a notification chime and if so, an icon near the server status section of the UI will show the moogle mail notice.

Yes, sometimes it will take a bit of time for the server to process things. Give it a few hours and see if it comes up by then.

I know how to receive mail, I am just worried that I redeemed the code about three hours ago and still have not received any mail.

It'll be through Moogle Mail. You can click on the "Reward Delivery Request" button and this sometimes speeds it up. Of course, not all items are account wide and you may need to check you haven't sent it to the wrong character.

Yeah, if it doesn't arrive at around 24 hrs. you can file a support ticket here or in game and they'll follow up with you.

Server has shifts with sloths working it at times :/
