True but those animations are only in the performance feature. Also, the Bard you are thinking of isn't this kind of Bard; it's the kind, like Thancred was a "bard" back in 1.x and 2.x.
This idea sounds good.
I like helping people with their Job ideas, it's fun to help them visuallize and create the job they'd like to play most. Plus I make my own too, I'll post them eventually.
This makes me wish even more alchemist was a DoM job instead od DoH, with a transmutate trait that allows you to turn consumable goods into spells.
Healing DRK is literally... the same since ShB. The reason why people think it's a meme to heal nowadays because DRK receives very little to no buff to their sustainability vs 3 other tanks getting something useful. If you're capable of healing DRK back in ShB (or any tanks), then you'll heal EW DRK just fine.
Awesome ideasI got more from my thinking hat:
-SAM takes out a whetstone and starts sharpening the katana
-SMN bumps fist with Titan-egi, high-fives Ifrit-egi, and cover ears when Garuda-egi "screams"
-BLM uses his stick to "draw" magic circles on the ground (as a shoutout to FMA)
-Bard pulls out a skull and inaudibly speaks to it a la Shakespeare (Alas poor Yorick)
-MCH "shoots" people with fingers (if you're in a party and all members are present, MCH will "shoot" all party members), then blows the "smoke" away
Sorry, nothing comes up for PLD or DRK.
I think paladin should do something with the shield.

Yes, please for Dragoon animation changes. Could we also have a sort of "double jump" animation for Dragoon, too, for when we jump? Thought it be really cool since Dragoons are all about Jump. :3
PS4 limitations
In all seriousness, I would appreciate more flavor and animations for each of the jobs, I liked the way NIN actually had you change the way you run with your weapons and how you jumped, hope they add that for more jobs, it added a nice bit of flair to the job.
