PS4 Migration confusion.

So do we have to delete the whole game to get pre migration files or not? and just press option>update files on ps4?
Cuz I tried checking update downloads and its currently updating a 22 gig file name : Final Fantasy XIV: Version 7.06

It should be, mine started updating when I turned on my PS4

If they still find any problems in the upcoming days. The update wil get deleted by force, you will never get a faulty patch to corrupt your game. I got the download last week and it was suddenly gone after the error.

There is now a message showing in the chat log when I first log in, saying that the issue has been resolved and the download should be working - but if you had already downloaded the file, you will need to do it again.
