Hello! I was asked by SE Support to post this here (Ticket #t8698846:57dc) in the hopes of finding a resolution. It is not technically "in-game" but it relates to the game.

(As a note to the community team, you are welcome to remove the other posts I made about this before being told by support where to make this thread - I don't want to add to your workload!)

My issue is that my character's name does not appear in the Feast Tournament finalists listing, despite meeting all of the criteria to be there.

My team was #9 on the Primal Data Center. Our team name is 'Boom, Headshot!" We scored 294 and the team has been, and is still active.

If you click here to see the team roster on the official site, you will see my character, Feral Savage, is the third one down.

I am listed with my other teammates:

On that page. However, I am not listed with my teammates on the final results page for Primal:

I meet all of the eligibility requirements and rules, so I'm not sure why I would be missing from the list. I am in the U.S., I'm over 18, I've had a qualifying subscription with no lapses since I joined in 2014.

When I contacted a GM to ask about this, GM Dahnusore kindly responded to me and said that according to my account details, there is no reason why I shouldn't be there, and then suggested posting on the forum for help.

1. I joined the Boom, Headshot! PVP team in January of 2018, when the team was officially formed.
2. I participated in 20+ PVP matches with this team. My character has always been part of this team.
3. We ultimately ranked 9 out of 10 on the North American Feast Tournament, however I am no longer listed with my team. This is my only character that is part of a PVP team on the entire data center, and the only one that ranked on the leaderboard.
