Sqaudron Chemistry Question

I've been leveling my squadron for some time now and am really enjoying it! I was working on getting them maxed out on level/chemistry/attributes before Captain comes out, and haven't been able to find any results about the best way to get chemistry pops after the squadron completes dungeons. 18 hours is a long time for no luck..

Is the "potency" of chemistry available to be gained dependent on the level of mission they're doing? (think percentages of affect - "There is a 10/20/30/40% to receive...")

Are only certain types of chemistry's available from certain missions?

What's the rate of getting a chemistry pop after a mission is completed? Does it count all 4 in that one rate, or is it per squadron member? I would think per member because I've had 2 get a pop from one mission before.

The best place to unlock new chemistries is the post-40 missions (which you unfortunately only get one run at per week)

Then, you just look for what missions have "affinity" for whichever character you want to get rewards on.

Thank you! I was able to max out the affinity for this week's try and 3 of the 4 got chemistry pops Now if only they were good ones..
I did find another regular squadron mission that I was able to max out affinity for and 2 got new chemistry for that one as well.
