Really, as a controller player, you have no suggestions whatsoever? Really?

Other than maybe making it so macros don't cover the action bar I like the bar as it is, and I use a controller too. I really can't see much of a reason to change the action bar UI myself to something like FFXI's, it's fine as is.

EDIT: Should also mention that from what I'm aware of they're planning to make separate UI schemes for keyboard/mouse and controller players in the future as it is. So the action bar might stay for controller users but for those who like the tried and true mouse and keyboard combination it could be removed for something along the lines of a list of icons available all at once.
