    Basically, you have to hope your playtime coincides with the Recruiter spawning otherwise too bad. Wow.

    People loved it in XI. Want that rare weapon? Well better hope that 24-72hr spawn time lands when you are free.

    But yes, if they wanted to limit it, they could of made it something that could only be done daily aka "Reward Daily" with the option to re-enter as many times as you like to help people rather than something that is just random as to when it starts.
