New to the game, looking for friends to play with.

I play as a healer (conjurer) right now and am incredibly new to this game. I'm hoping to find a friend or friends to play with since I cant imagine you can get to far on your on being in the healing class XD

Not much about myself, I'm 24, rather normal. I do work fulltime though so I wont always be online. Havent played a game with forums in a couple years, lol its odd getting back into them.

I play in Faeire, just starting to leave Gridania.

One thing you might want to do is ask a mentor (you can do a player search in game to see a list of the ones online) for an invite to the Novice Network if you're not there already. Faerie's is separate from my own, but it ought to have a lot of friendly people happy to help out a new player such as yourself. =)

Just a quick FYI, you can actually do pretty well on your own as a healer in this game. On solo content, enemies might not die quite as fast as they would against a damage dealer, but your ability to heal yourself lets you withstand the slightly longer fights without much trouble in most cases. In group content, the game can put you together with other players to form groups if you don't already have a group. As healer, queuing for a group usually happens pretty fast, as healers are more in demand than damage dealers (though not quite as much as tanks).

But regardless of whether you can play on your own or not, making friends to play with will be more fun, anyway.
