    A big thanks to this GM!

    I really enjoyed how GM Tehmuhsae was very prompt to contact me and very friendly. I was assured that my problem would be taken seriously and handled accordingly. I couldn't have been more happy to have had my problem addressed which is the least I could ask for and GM Tehmuhsae went above my expectations. So +1 rep from me and I hope that makes a difference at the HQ.

    I too had a pleasant conversation with the friendly GM Tehmuhsae tonight. They were quick and professional in replying to my concerns and I felt assured that the issue would be investigated. I have had only positive interactions with SE support! Thanks again, Tehmuhsae.
