Looking for a social and active FC

My brother and I started playing a week ago and we are in search of a FC. I’m a PS4 player so it would be nice to find an FC that allows PSN groups for voice chat. Mainly just for grouping and explaining boss tactics.

We are both adult players and would like to find people of the same maturity level.

I’m playing a Scholar main and Summoner backup, my bro is a Dragoon.
