So no. I couldn't play it back then. Because I didn't even know it existed. Which is funny, because I've constantly seen advertisements for MMO's. Yet, never saw one for 14. In fact, I even saw more for Mabinogi, Nexon's game that has one of it's famous facts of having almost no advertising.

No denying that SE really didn't advertise the game that much. There may have been one or two commercials on television and some internet coverage but certainly not a lot. Likely because of the fact the game was getting such negative criticism for the state SE released it in at the time. Still, I'm sorry but it doesn't entitle you to get certain exclusives. There's games out there that have been out for years I haven't heard of either but that doesn't mean I'm entitled to get special limited release items either. The Mark of the Twelve (The real name of the legacy mark.) was applied to characters created pre-ARR meaning even players who HAVE legacy accounts cannot get it again if they didn't have any or deleted their characters from before the game's rerelease.
