    That's RMT though! Why can't SE just put the things on mogstore so I can just buy it all safely. It wouldn't be hard sooo lets make it happen SE!

    Re-read the full comments. No the legacy tattoo isn't, but paying for content clears and drops from a third party and anyone other then SE technically is. Its the difference of buying the legacy tattoo on the mogstore vs paying someone for their legacy flagged account.

    I don't want someone's legacy flagged account.

    I want it on MY character. Buying someone's account does not make it my character.
