    I would have to say that a roughly 10 hour spawn windows for someone on a non native server that actually works for a living is bad form from SE, I would hope that SE lowers this so that everyone can try the event

    I saw one early this morning at 7:30 GMT but I was doing the quest, when I finished watching the long-winded cutscenes the NPC had vanished. He's not returned since and it's been 2 hours.
