When one is served a steaming pile of sh*t, it is well within one's rights (and expected behavior, I would imagine) to point out that they've been served sh*t and to demand something actually worthy of the price they've paid.

all right to complain but if your going to the same place and getting served the same stuff time after time again really your fault you keeping going back.
