I have no proof, I have asked those shouters for proof, but they said they had conversations with GM's.
Hence why I said "if i go by what people are shouting here"

For myself I can confirm the recruiter has not spawned on Omega within the past 10 hours, we're starting to think a crazy 12 hour spawntime, though some are thinking it's 24... *sigh*

It's ok Kupenda, I asked and a GM replied that the event is working as intended, screenshot supplied a few posts ago.
