    not sure if helps but i did the time conversion 1500GMT is 11 EST so just work you time back from there aka 7PST(if got my mayh right pst sould be 3hrs behind est)

    Yeah, I think this is going to be one of the few cases where nearly the whole player base agrees about something.
    Namely that this is a bloody stupid event design, and that the developers did a horrible job designing it.

    can conferat as of 11:18 est no npc has spawned a sag server for the rising event
