Rising Event

It’s a bit of bad design to create randomly spawning instances for an event. Not everyone has time to idle by the Rising Vendor and just wait for it to spawn. :/ I was looking forward to this after hearing about the instance thing, but now I’m just disappointed. Classes start up for me tomorrow, and I wanted to work on the event on my main today while I’m still free to do so; I won’t have the time to simply wait around for a chance at a randomly spawning vendor.

SE has obviously taken the stance that they don't want people playing the game. /s off

For something to maybe spawn somewhere?
