The lame thing is that you can enter at level 30 - but then you will be oneshotted by everything and have to work twice as hard to get any rewards.

You still get 2 tickets unless you're on the end of the instance and down to a dozen people left. That was quite the wacky thing where my alt scholar wound up on the top of the enmity table, so every time I revived, the mobs headed to the respawn point.
